Who is the website design service for?

Are revisions included?

Our Custom Development service includes rounds of revisions. one revision is included in the QuickSite AI and Microsite options. Whichever option you go with, once you’ve received your completed site, you’re free to modify everything with the Visual Builder—colors, text, images, adding new pages, and anything else you’d like to tweak or hire a web pro to develop further.

Where is my website hosted?

Sites will be hosted on OPTe.io, the only all-inclusive WordPress platform that combines hosting, plugins, and theme builders into a consolidated, fully-optimized WordPress solution. It replaces the need for self-hosting by providing maintenance-free, automated updates across a multisite system.

That said, your site is built with WordPress and can always be migrated to your own host as a stand-alone installation – no vendor locking.

Do I own my website after the work is completed?

Yes, the website is yours once it’s finished. You’ll be able to add and edit copy, images, and more, directly from the WordPress Admin Dashboard.

Do you offer a maintenace package?

Software maintenance (WordPress, plugins, themes) is not required for sites hosted on OPTe.io. The reason is, your site runs off our multisite system which technically uses our WordPress software system which we maintain for everyone.

Our pro partners do offer web care packages for businesses that require continued attention for evolving needs such as page edits, expanded functionality, additional pages, plugin configurations etc.

You can find our more information from one of our pro partners and/or your account manager handling your project.

Can I use my existing domain name?

Absolutely, our Support team will help you connect your existing domain name to your site after the build is complete.
