Your site must use one of our supported themes:

- Astra
- Block Builder

Plugins Compatibility
- Your site should primarily use plugins available in our library (search plugins)
- Custom or unsupported plugins may not be included after migration

For paid annual plans, we offer a complimentary white glove migration service:

- Provide Access: Add a WordPress user with administrator role using [email protected]

Important Cloudflare Considerations for Migration
If you’re migrating your site:
- Maintain Your Cloudflare Account: We strongly recommend keeping your Cloudflare setup when migrating
- Account Ownership: You have your own Cloudflare account, with OPTe added as a member for support purposes
- Migration Options:
- Continue using your existing Cloudflare account by updating settings for your new host
- Create a new Cloudflare account and update your domain nameservers
- Consult Support: If you’re unsure about your Cloudflare setup, please contact our support team—especially if we set up your account through our OPTe Solutions web design service
Built-in Portability Options
- WordPress Export: WordPress includes built-in content export functionality.
- Theme/Plugin Portability: Both Divi and Elementor have their own portability options for exporting designs and layouts.
These methods may not include all plugin settings or large media libraries, which is why additional assistance may be needed.

- Request and Receive Migration File:
- Contact our support team to request a migration export (no theme or plugins included)
- We’ll provide an All-in-One Migration export file
- Import Your Site:
- Install the All-in-One Migration plugin on your new WordPress installation
- Import the file we provided
- Test your site thoroughly and make any necessary adjustments
