Purchases made on OPTe.io can be canceled as follows:
- First time subscription: full refund within 14 days of purchasing.
- Automatic renewals: full refund within 7 days of charge.
How do I request a refund?
Simply contact support, select account & billing and request a refund.
How will you refund my payment?
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.
